Tom Rodebaugh is Managing Director of Management Recruiters of Lancaster, Inc. and its affiliate The KeVaR Resource Group. Before starting the company, Tom held various positions with CoreStates Financial Corp, a $50 Billion Dollar Financial Institution. Under the CoreStates umbrella he has worked for Central Penn National Bank, Philadelphia National Bank, Hamilton Bank and CoreStates Financial Corp. During his successful banking career he has held every position from clerk to Senior Vice President. He has held management positions in numerous divisions including Operations, Information Technology, Financial, Commercial, and Human Resources. In HR he has acted as an HR Director for a subsidiary as well as a Senior HR Manager at the Corporate Level. His responsibilities in Human Resources have included HR Technology, HRIS/HRIM, Payroll and Taxes, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing and Training and OD.
Tom is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the PBA's Advanced School of Banking, and the ABA's Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Additionally, he has also served as the School's Director for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Advanced School of Banking.
